Where else can you find a 4 X 6 mile tropical island with 3 1/2 miles of sun-washed crescent beach, abundant boating, waterways & bays, emerald Gulf waters & splendid sunsets…an island paradise in the good old U.S.A. with the security and convenience of 2 bridges to the mainland of SW Florida?
Marco Island is the farthest south beach community on the west coast of Florida.
We enjoy immediate access to the things others only dream of seeing. Imagine wide, sugar-fine beaches & thousands of mangrove islands dancing with snowy egrets, great blue herons & comical pelicans. To the east stretches the Everglades, that mysteriously beautiful river of golden grass. Just across the bridge to the North is Naples, with ritzy resorts, elegant art galleries, championship golf courses & upscale restaurants & shopping. Marco Island, in the midst of untouched Florida and refined Naples, is a blend of both. Like the Everglades, it has miles of waterways and serves as the perfect jumping off spot to see the Ten Thousand Islands aquatic preserve, haven for fishing and birding. But Marco Island also boasts outstanding resorts, bountiful restaurants and shopping, a flourishing cultural community, over 100 varied social clubs and charitable organizations, pristine beaches polka-dotted with seashells and spectacular sunsets.
